The property has a level access entrance, all flooring is stone-tiled and polished. There is a small step (20mm) step down to the patio. The master Bathroom has a level access shower, with a static shower seat. The toilet has a standard height seat, there is also a portable raised toilet seat that can be fitted over the toilet to increase seat height. There is also a Self-Propelled Shower/Commode Wheelchair which is free for use. There is also a 'Monkey Pole' for the Master bed, which can be fitted before arrival. The Closet in the Master Bedroom is fully accessible. There is secure parking directly outside the property, as well as handicapped parking bays opposite. Excellent free Blue Badge parking facilities at all shops, malls, beaches etc. A wide variety of local care services & equipment suppliers who will hire equipment and deliver goods. Most beaches have some parts that are accessible by wheelchair, some also have beach wheelchairs. Cars with hand-controls can be rented from Alamo, Dollar and Hertz.
